Apprentice Pharmacists often encounter challenges such as managing a steep learning curve while balancing practical duties with studying for licensure exams. They must quickly adapt to a fast-paced pharmacy environment, learn to prioritize patient safety, and develop strong communication skills when interacting with patients, pharmacists, and healthcare teams.
