Job description

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Plumbing Installer / Laborer to join our Orange County team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the plumbing trade, working alongside experienced professionals on residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems

  • Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites

  • Perform basic labor tasks such as digging trenches, cutting and fitting pipes, and cleaning up job sites

  • Learn to read blueprints and technical drawings

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

  • Communicate effectively with team members, plumber tech and supervisors

Qualifications:
  • Must be in the Orange County or be able to commute to Anaheim, CA

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Prior construction or plumbing experience is a plus but not required

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
