What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of projects from the first shovel in the ground to the final walk-through.

  • Lead and inspire onsite teams and subcontractors — setting the tone for safety, quality, and teamwork.

  • Coordinate with inspectors, architects, engineers, and clients, making sure everyone’s aligned.

  • Keep projects on track, on Schedule, and up to Golden Construction’s high standards.

  • Ensure every build reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and care.

What You Bring

  • Experience in construction management, tenant improvements, or ground-up projects.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills (people look to you when challenges arise).

  • Comfort with construction software, Microsoft Office, and job site documentation.

  • OSHPD experience is a big plus.

  • Flexibility to travel to job sites across Southern California (and occasional out-of-town projects).
