We are looking to add an installer to our team in Bloomington, MN.
Position Summary:
- Installation:
- Assist with the installation of signs at various locations, ensuring they are securely and correctly mounted.
- Help load and unload materials and tools required for installation jobs.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and supplies.
- Learning and Development:
- Participate in training sessions to learn industry standards, techniques, and safety practices.
- Shadow experienced technicians to gain practical knowledge and skills.
- Stay updated with new technologies and methods in the sign-making industry.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Vocational training or coursework in graphic design, industrial arts, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) is desirable.
