They typically work under the guidance of experienced developers, participating in real-world projects to gain practical skills in various programming languages, frameworks, and development tools. The apprenticeship period is designed to help them understand the full development cycle, from designing interfaces to deploying and maintaining applications. Typically, you will be paired with a senior developer or a small team who will provide mentorship, conduct regular code reviews, and offer guidance on best practices. This collaborative structure is designed to help you gradually take on more responsibility and build confidence in a supportive environment.
