Faber & Brand, LLC is a law firm specializing in debt collection across several states who is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their IT team. In this role, this individual will apply foundational coding and logic skills directly to real-world business problems, managing data workflows and legal automation tools from day one.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow & Automation Management: Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize data-driven automations
  • Source Control & Deployment: Maintain code integrity by utilizing repositories and participating in basic software development pipelining and deployment workflows
  • Document Logic & Template Design: Create and revise legal document templates
  • Database Querying: Write and execute SQL queries to extract data and address business concerns
  • Logic & Error Analysis: Review existing code, templates, and workflows to identify bugs and systemic failure patterns
  • Ticket Management: Monitor, review, and resolve tasks submitted through an IT support portal
  • Internal Technical Support: Fulfill hardware swapouts and software installs, when necessary
