Associate Engineering Tech Specialist

The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity. We're looking for an Associate Engineering Tech Specialist, to join the Air Dominance team in Berkeley, MO in support of an exciting proprietary program that is critical to Boeing and our DoD Customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for extraction, analysis, and reporting schedule of technical data, and facilitating program execution processes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain applicable processes, work instructions, presentation templates, and other relevant documentation & data repositories

  • Track process, event, and data submittal requirements

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings and events

  • Assign and maintain product and document identification.

  • Collaborate with customers and other stakeholders as applicable.

  • Perform planning and status reporting

  • Track requests for estimate and related content

  • Quality review of a variety of data items types and various program deliverables

  • Collect, format, and present and schedule data to support schedule management

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. Domestically and/or Internationally depending on business needs

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim/Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in business or other related field of study.

  • 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years using Excel to perform data analysis.

  • 1+ years editing PDF and Word files.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments

  • Demonstrated interest in personal learning and development as well as process improvement.
