Within our Energy division, you will be involved in Oil & Gas projects and will be responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of the activities concerning pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, test run and handing over of the plant according to the project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering theoretical and hands-on training programs for apprentices, maintenance technicians, and operational teams.

The role focuses on developing competencies in maintenance, troubleshooting, restoration, and diagnostics of industrial electrical process systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, productivity standards, and applicable industry regulations. Business Industry Oil and Gas Profile About you Requirements to start your growth journey: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical diploma (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within the Oil & Gas sector (onshore/offshore), with strong familiarity in HV/LV power distribution, motors, drives, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, grounding, and control systems.

Previous experience as a trainer or instructor. Solid knowledge of process electrical systems, protection and diagnostics, 4-20 mA signals, field communications (FOUNDATION Fieldbus, HART, Profibus/DeviceNet), and electrical schematic reading. Working knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems (SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent) and diagnostic tools.

Knowledge of Oil & Gas safety standards (LOTO, PTW, permit-to-work systems) and electrical safety regulations (NFPA 70E; ATEX/IECEx; IEC 60079 for hazardous areas, where applicable). Experience delivering training in offshore Oil & Gas environments (BOSIET/HUET or equivalent) and managing work activities in regulated settings. Technical English proficiency sufficient to understand drawings, standards, and technical documentation; ability to prepare and document training and technical content in both Italian and English.
