What You'll Do

Working alongside a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting multiple commercial HVAC construction projects from start to finish.

Project Support

·         Assist the Senior Project Manager with multiple active commercial HVAC projects.

·         Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and outstanding action items.

·         Participate in project planning meetings.

·         Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

·         Help coordinate field activities with project requirements.

Field Coordination

·         Visit active job sites as needed.

·         Work closely with field foremen and installation crews.

·         Assist in resolving field issues and coordinating project activities.

·         Develop an understanding of project sequencing and construction schedules.

Project Administration

·         Prepare and manage project documentation including: RFIs, Submittals, Equipment procurement

·         Material orders and deliveries, Change orders, Closeout documentation and Document control

Client & Vendor Communication

·         Attend project meetings and job walks.

·         Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

·         2-5 years of Commercial HVAC or mechanical construction experience

·         Experience as an HVAC Installer, Apprentice, Lead Installer, Foreman, or Project Coordinator is highly desirable.

·         Experience with Bluebeam or Procore a plus

·         Recent graduates in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

·         Strong organizational and time management skills.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·         Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
