Purpose of Role:

Wood patternmaking is the ultimate intersection of old-school craftsmanship and high-tech engineering, where you transform loose 2D blueprints into highly precise, physical 3D masterpieces. Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify patterns and core boxes according to engineering drawings and specifications
Pattern changes (set-ups or changes) for production
Perform regular repair and modification on existing tooling
Follow instructions and/or direction given by supervisors to complete assigned work projects
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
Experience in woodworking, patternmaking or similar skillset is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow direction
