Job description

Role Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager / Building Manager for a hands-on role overseeing roofing and construction projects end-to-end. You’ll manage crews, timelines, budgets, client communications, and deliver high-quality results while actively working on the job site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple roofing, storm damage, and construction projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Conduct site visits, quality control, and progress reporting.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.
  • Support day-to-day operations and help scale the business (includes hands-on work).

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management or building management experience in roofing/construction.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction practices.
  • Experience with insurance restoration/storm damage work is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage budgets effectively.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time and perform hands-on physical work.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
