Job Summary

Dynasty Industries LLC is seeking a motivated, teachable Apprentice Brewer to join our beverage production team. We brew high-quality, specialized beverages in large commercial vats. This is a rare, hands-on opportunity to learn a unique trade directly from our Brewer and the company owner.

We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but we do need someone with a strong foundational understanding of batching, scaling, or commercial kitchen safety who is eager to master the art of commercial beverage brewing and infusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brewing Assistance: Assist the main brewing team with ingredient preparation, measuring, and managing large-scale brewing vats according to strict recipe standards.
  • Sanitation & Safety: Maintain immaculate cleanliness and sanitation protocols across all brewing equipment, vats, and production lines.
  • Quality Control: Monitor batches for consistency, temperature, and quality, ensuring every product meets our high brand standards.
  • Dynamic Team Support: Operate with a flexible mindset. When brewing production is caught up, you will cross-train and assist in other areas of the facility, including packaging, bottling, and warehouse operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be fully comfortable working directly with cannabis-infused ingredients.
  • Background: Prior experience in a microbrewery, commercial food commissary, high-volume kitchen, or a basic chemistry background is highly preferred.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional sanitation habits, basic math skills for scaling ingredients, and a highly teachable, disciplined attitude.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, work around commercial brewing machinery, and lift up to 40 lbs.
