Auto Appraisal Quality Control Supervisor - Rockford, IL
RAC Adjustments, Inc.
We are currently recruiting a high-quality individual to join our team in the Rockford IL area for the position of Auto Appraisal Quality Control Supervisor. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' vehicle estimating experience, agricultural and specialty equipment preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to occasionally work during non-standard business hours
  • Strong organizational and clear communication skills
  • Represent RAC in a positive, professional manner at all times
  • Ability to manage your own workload and schedule
  • 5 years vehicle estimating experience; agricultural and specialty equipment preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accurately assess physical damage to vehicles and promptly produce written report
  • Use of software programs such as CCC, JD Power, FileTrac and MS office suite required
  • Review estimates written by insurance material damage appraisers and provide guidance for revisions
  • Provide effective customer service
  • Provide effective feedback to insurance material damage appraisers for their career growth
  • Full time in Rockford, IL home office preferred. Remote an option for the right candidate and experience level

SALARY RANGE
  • $40-$50/hour, full time position. Overtime is possible when busy.
