This position will report to the Inside Sales Manager to assist in the supervision of our team of Inside Sales/Appointment Setting Representatives. The Feldco Outbound Call Center is a high-volume, fast paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills, can be accurate and detail-oriented and like working in a dynamic, team environment, then we need you to help with our continued growth!

• Assist in the management of staff and daily tasks associated with outbound call center employees.
• Document employee performance and provide feedback through call monitoring and coaching.
• Administer motivational and incentive inside sales programs.
• Meet or exceed monthly team appointment quotas.
• Schedule and enter sales appointments based on leads generated utilizing inside sales techniques.
• Utilize service and problem-solving skills to better serve external and internal customers.
• Monitor outbound call center dialer software as needed.
• Make inside sales calls daily to current and prospective customers to procure sales appointments.
• Prepare and analyze daily team sales reports and communicate to management.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound call center environment.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/lead experience in a call center environment.
• PC/Microsoft Office literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
• Stable work history and great attendance record.
• Professional attitude and ambition.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
