Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Remote Texas Behavioral Health Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide full-time remote therapy services for clients based in Texas. This role is focused on direct clinical care, including intake sessions, treatment planning, virtual therapy appointments, progress tracking, and ongoing client support.
The right candidate will be confident providing therapy online, comfortable working with relationship and family concerns, and able to manage documentation with accuracy and professionalism.

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapy sessions through a secure telehealth system
  • Work with clients navigating relationship stress, family conflict, major life changes, anxiety, grief, and communication difficulties
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical information
  • Create treatment goals that reflect each client's concerns, strengths, and therapy needs
  • Track client progress and update clinical plans as treatment continues
  • Document services in a clear, timely, and compliant manner
  • Maintain professional boundaries and privacy standards in all virtual care interactions
  • Use clinical judgment to identify risk concerns and recommend appropriate next steps when needed

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
  • Active and unrestricted Texas LMFT license
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
