Having recently formed an official residential division, we are looking for some aggressive canvassers that produce positive results. For the right candidate, this will turn into a Canvassing Manager role. This is a ground level operation so there is a lot of money to be made, especially early on.
The right candidate will work approximately 5-6 hours a day in the field canvassing residential neighborhoods setting appointments for our presentation/consultation closing teams. During that time encountering homeowners and attempting to persuade them to allow our specialist to inspect their property. Then, diagnose the issues and tell them our plan to restore their property.
Training is provided. The individuals that will help train you are some of the best in the business. BUT we are also looking for individuals who can hit the ground running with little no training and little to no supervision AFTER training.
Applicants who excel at team sports, military service, and sales are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
We require our reps to:
  • Have a high school diploma but some college is preferred. We work with your schedule for full time college students!
  • Above average work ethic - dont apply without this
  • Optimistic attitude - We do not want people with a negative frame of reference. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!
  • Money hungry! We offer a unbelivable base wage, but the candidate sprint after the commission, bonuses, and incentives.

Benefits
Compensation:
Training: 1-2 weeks $15hr, plus $40 commission for every appointment attended, $100 for every roof sold, and d/w/m bonuses.
After you graduate training $22/hr, plus $40 commission for every appointment attended, $100 for every roof sold, and d/w/m bonuses.
