Job description

Appointment Setter - Circle of Greatness

Location: Remote |
Circle of Greatness is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Appointment Setter to join our elite team. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, executes consistently, and is ready to be a driving force behind our sales success.

We're not looking for someone who needs hand-holding-we need an operator who adapts quickly, stays focused, and performs at a high level every single day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 300 outbound dials per day through our dialer system to engage leads and book qualified appointments.
  • Consistently hit daily/weekly performance KPIs for booked calls and conversions.
  • Collaborate with closers and leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and elite client experience.
  • Work across multiple offers and campaigns with adaptability and precision.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes.
  • Apply coaching quickly-our pace requires speed, discipline, and a growth mindset.
  • Navigate and leverage tech tools effectively, including:
    • CRM software (proficient)
    • Slack (comfortable or quick learner)
    • General tech-savviness to operate multiple platforms
What We Expect
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, inside sales, cold calling, or outbound SDR roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Coachability, discipline, and a commitment to personal/professional growth.
  • Ability to think fast, handle objections, and adapt in real time.
  • A performance-first mentality and the grit to meet metrics every day.
  • Self-starter attitude-this role rewards execution, not supervision.
Compensation Structure & Growth PathContractor Role Clarification

This position is offered as an independent contractor role, not as a traditional employee position. Compensation is fully performance-based and tied directly to results generated through appointments ("sets") created by the setter.

Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes, benefits, and legal obligations in accordance with local regulations.

Compensation Structure - From Day 1Commission Structure
  • Earn 3% commission on collected cash from deals closed through appointments ("sets") generated by the setter, up to $100,000 collected cash per month.
  • Once a setter reaches $100,000 in collected cash during a calendar month, the commission rate increases to 4% on ALL collected cash generated during that month.
Performance Bonus

Setters may also qualify for an additional monthly performance bonus:

  • $2,000 bonus once the setter reaches $75,000 in collected cash during the calendar month.
  • Bonus qualification resets on the 1st day of each new month.
  • Qualified bonuses will be paid during the normal mid-month payroll schedule following the completed month.
Growth Opportunity

This compensation structure is designed to reward high performance and provide scalable earning potential based on production, consistency, and contribution to the sales organization.

This Role Is For You If...
    • You want to join a fast-moving, high-impact team that rewards results.
    • You're committed to earning what you're worth-and backing it up with consistent action.
    • You thrive in a dynamic environment and bring high energy daily.
    • You want to grow long-term inside a mission-driven business that transforms lives.

This isn't just another sales job-this is a launchpad for long-term career growth inside a movement that's scaling fast.
If you're ready to show up, execute, and win with us-apply now.
