Job description

Do you have stellar communication skills and a drive for growth? Luxury Bath NJPA of Hamilton, NJ is hiring for our Call Center! Our call center focuses on educating potential clients and scheduling free in-home bathroom remodeling consultations with a member of our sales team, no cold-calling or selling! 

 

$18-$26 hourly, plus commissions.

 

***This position is NOT Remote. Our office is located in Hamilton, NJ.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Engage potential customers in helpful and informative conversations about Luxury Bath’s products and services.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team by identifying and qualifying prospects.
  • Educate homeowners about the benefits of Luxury Bath, addressing basic questions with confidence and clarity.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and high closing rates.


Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and self-motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse homeowners.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections with professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-based environment.
  • A passion for helping homeowners customize their bathroom for style or functionality.
  • Strong computer use skills are a plus!
