About this opportunity:

The Department of Special Education welcomes applications for part-time adjunct instructor positions available January 2026.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U. S. without employer sponsorship.
Instructors are needed to teach graduate level courses in our online Applied Behavior Analysis program.

What you'll do and what you'll bring:

Position Description:

Adjunct instructors will teach courses related to Applied Behavior Analysis/Autism. Adjuncts teaching graduate level courses must have at least a doctoral degree in ABA, psychology, education, special education, or closely related field from an accredited institution and have current certifications as BCBA/BCBA-D., and Indiana state licensure as a behavior analyst.

All qualified candidates must be in good standing with BACB and faculty must have Indiana state licensure.

Faculty will be responsible for teaching scheduled courses on a weekly basis, grading, providing quality feedback on assignments, hosting weekly office hours, and responding to students in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications: Adjuncts teaching graduate level courses must have a doctoral degree in special education or closely related field from an accredited institution and current certification as a BCBA, and be licensed as a behavior analyst with the state of Indiana

Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching graduate level online courses and at least three years experience as a BCBA.
