Job Brief
The Custom Applicator will maintain and monitor facility chemicals in compliance with EPA, OSHA, State and Federal Regulations, along with facility safety protocols.
Leadership:
  1. Promote an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the mission and core values of Nexus.
  2. Model behaviors that support Nexus mission and core values to be a trusted advisor to our customers and members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide application to areas by applying knowledge of weather conditions.
  2. Installs, adjusts, and performs minor repairs of application equipment.
  3. Maintain accurate records in compliance with EPA, OSHA, and State and Federal regulations.
  4. Ensure proper usage and storage of all chemicals according to directions and applies them at the recommended rate.
  5. Schedule and coordinate applications for facility.
  6. Order and maintain inventory of chemicals and other supplies.
  7. Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years commercial applications experience.
  • Current pesticide applicator license.
  • Exhibits solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in performing mathematical calculations.
  • Experience in ensuring facility safety.
