Position Overview

As a Custom Applicator, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate application of fertilizers and chemicals to fields throughout the growing season. You’ll operate assigned equipment, follow established procedures, and maintain clear communication with your manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

This role is well-suited for someone who:

  • Values consistency and routine.
  • Is dependable and takes ownership of responsibilities.
  • Prefers working hands-on to support team success and uphold high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in structured training to learn about product benefits and application methods.

  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides carefully and precisely, following all safety protocols.
