What will your typical day look like?

Key Responsibilities:
GenAI & Agent Solution Delivery
•    Lead design and implementation of AI-powered applications and agents using: 
o    Copilot Studio (agents, copilots, orchestration)
o    Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services
•    Design end-to-end GenAI solutions including: 
o    Prompt engineering
o    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
o    Vector search and embeddings
•    Deliver enterprise use cases (chatbots, copilots, automation, knowledge assistants)
AI Platform & Architecture
•    Architect scalable solutions leveraging: 
o    Azure AI Foundry for model lifecycle, orchestration, and deployment
o    Integration with data platforms (Fabric, Databricks, ADLS)
•    Define patterns for: 
o    Model integration and serving
o    API orchestration and AI gateways
o    Secure enterprise deployments
Responsible AI & Governance
•    Implement guardrails for: 
o    Data privacy and security
o    Prompt injection and hallucination mitigation
o    Monitoring and evaluation of model outputs
•    Integrate governance capabilities (Purview, policy controls, lineage)
Client Engagement
•    Lead client workshops and use-case identification sessions
•    Translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and roadmaps
•    Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise AI adoption and scaling
Team Leadership
•    Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and specialists
•    Provide oversight across: 
o    Solution design
o    Code quality
o    Reusable GenAI patterns and accelerators
Practice Development
•    Contribute to development of: 
o    GenAI accelerators and reusable frameworks
o    Proposal solutioning and estimations
•    Stay current on evolving capabilities in: 
o    Copilot ecosystem
o    Azure AI Foundry and model innovation

About the team

We are seeking a Manager – AI Engineering to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agent-based solutions leveraging Azure AI, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
This role combines hands-on GenAI delivery, solution architecture, and client advisory, supporting organizations in adopting AI safely and at scale.

Required skills:
•    6–10+ years in data, AI, or software engineering
•    Proven experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions
•    Hands-on experience with: 
o    Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
o    API development and integration
o    Python / REST / microservices
•    Experience leading technical teams or workstreams
Good to have skills
•    Experience with: 
o    Copilot Studio / conversational AI platforms
o    RAG architectures, vector databases
o    Azure AI Foundry / ML lifecycle tooling
•    Familiarity with: 
o    Data platforms (Fabric, Databricks)
o    MLOps / CI-CD for AI deployment
Key Attributes:
•    Strong client-facing and storytelling skills
•    Ability to bridge business use cases with technical AI solutions
•    Comfortable working in emerging and rapidly evolving AI space
•    Bias toward pragmatic, enterprise-ready AI delivery

Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
