Job Opportunity

This is a remote position. This role provides a service‐oriented, cross‐functional technical point of leadership for clinical and business applications. It involves collaborating closely with internal customers to configure and support Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and related tools. The position requires proactive participation in troubleshooting, testing, and system enhancements to ensure optimal performance. The analyst works in a dynamic environment with evolving healthcare IT needs. Candidates with EPIC certification are highly desired and preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support application configuration, system maintenance, and EHR upgrades.
