Soleo Health is seeking a Cash Application Analyst to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and work Remotely (USA). Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

The Position:

The Cash Application Analyst is responsible for the review and reconciliation of external audits, patient and payor refunds, and the company’s unapplied cash account. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviews all supporting documentation (delivery tickets, compound records, orders, invoices, payments etc.) for payor audits and refund requests
  • Prepares, records and tracks all external audit findings and refund requests
  • Provides audit results and communicates any risk associated with audit findings
  • Researches, reconciles, and manages the unapplied cash account
  • Recommends unapplied cash funds to take to revenue based on defined company criteria
  • Completes necessary documents for payor EFTs
  • Conducts monthly and quarterly cash/unapplied cash reviews and provides reports, as required by management

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 pm
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years’ experience in cash posting for infusion or specialty pharmacy required
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Knowledge of medical/pharmacy insurance payments, EOB’s/remits
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
