Job Overview:
The Project Manager will spearhead the end-to-end implementation and delivery of projects across various stakeholders ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and client objectives. This role involves defining establishing and managing implementation delivery expectations across programs using a hybrid project management approach ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the complete project lifecycle including initiation planning execution monitoring and closure ensuring delivery within contractual timelines and scope.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines using Smartsheet covering dependencies milestones risks and resource allocation.
  • Manage delivery within compressed timelines proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Establish and enforce change management and change control processes including documentation and stakeholder alignment to manage and mitigate scope creep.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
  • Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors and external partners ensuring alignment with project objectives timelines and quality standards.
  • Lead client-facing governance including status reporting risk/issue escalation and executive-level communication.
  • Conduct and lead client and internal status meetings ensuring clear documentation of actions risks and decisions.
  • Maintain all project documentation RAID logs and deliverables in compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced client-facing environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management tools with Smartsheet preferred for planning tracking and reporting.
  • Experience managing scope risks dependencies and issue resolution across large-scale programs.
  • Proven ability to deliver within compressed timelines and high-pressure environments.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain detailed documentation and governance artifacts.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $78,700.00 - $196,800.00.
