KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Keep stations operating efficiently by providing timely support and providing feedback to avoid issues
  • Support 2500 end users and customers and the applications they use
  • Provide SOPs to Service Desk personnel to prevent escalation of issues to the application support team
  • Remote into computers to validate what users/customers see and supply solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Deploy new software/assist Service Desk where needed.
  • Configure/tune/manage email security system to ensure secure and timely delivery of O365 emails
  • Act as a junior business analyst in regard to troubleshooting issues from a business perspective
  • Provide advanced O365 support and identity management support
  • Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and achieve goals on time.
  • Ability to work independently with general guidance.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead projects in coordinating work of others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience in an IT service desk environment
  • 1+ years handling support issues
  • O365 support experience

SPECIALIST CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Cargowise knowledge is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $58,900 - $84,150 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
