Seeking a FINANCIAL SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

General Summary: Under the direction of the Financial Systems Director, the Financial Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise financial systems.

This role serves as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and operational departments to ensure systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of financial processes and data integrity.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

System Administration & Support

Administer, maintain, and support financial systems (ERP platforms such as Munis)

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality

Manage user roles, access, and security in compliance with internal controls

Process Improvement & Automation

Partner with Finance and IT to identify and implement automation opportunities

Design and configure workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy

Continuously evaluate system capabilities to enhance business processes

ERP Application Support

Provide Tier Ill support for the financial ERP system (Munis)

Develop, generate, and analyze reports to support decision-making

Project Coordination

Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

Support testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes

System Maintenance & Quality Assurance

Perform testing for system updates and new features

Validate system functionality and ensure performance standards are met

Customer Support & Relationship Management

Deliver responsive, high-quality support to internal stakeholders

Build strong working relationships to understand business needs

Documentation & Training

Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials

Support user training and knowledge transfer

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

2-3 years experience in financial systems administration or a similar role

Must have a valid Oklahoma drivers license.
