Job description

Radia has an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Level 1 to join our dynamic team!
Training Shift: During the initial training period of 3 to 6 months or longer, you will be required to work daytime hours.
Regular Shifts Available:
1) Monday to Friday- 11:30pm to 8:00am
2) Monday to Friday- 4:00pm to 12:30am

The Application Support Level 1 primary responsibility is to provide first level support to Radia’s physicians and staff. This support includes technical evaluation, installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance of PC hardware and software. Support for MS Windows, MS Office and all desktop applications, including the Radia Application Suite. Assists members of IT department with day-to-day activities and special projects as assigned. This position will be located in Lynnwood, WA


Compensation:

Hourly salary range $23.37/hour to $33.09/hour. Salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

Prior Experience:

  • Preferred two years’ experience supporting Windows and MS Office in a Windows Domain environment with a minimum of 40 systems.
  • Experience in support of healthcare in general, and radiology in specific, is preferred.
  • Desired certifications include CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft MCP/MCSA, or a combination of equivalent work experience and similar certifications.
  • A valid Washington State driver’s license and car insurance is Preferred.
