  • Provide direction and support to the applications and to the team- deployment installation for all of Synovus applications
  • Internal escalations activities across all lines of business and build up leadership
  • Particular IT background- operated in support or development role...technical guidance to her or his team and team is very Jr team and building team up but need someone who knows this is a growing development team members.
  • Change management process and will be an active participant. Will implement changes and take an Active role in project manager and finding root cause of application issues. 
  • This person will be a Key member of the team and will be the go to manager for anything that comes up and when support fails will also help with that. They will work thru all 2 tiers and all technology partners. 
  • The team has on call rotation scheduled for application failures and after hours.... standard change or updates.
