The SAP HCM Sr. Business Systems Analyst at Hyundai/Kia Motors Manufacturing serves as a senior functional and technical expert responsible for delivering and optimizing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions across SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors. This role partners closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and Korea HQ to design, implement, and support scalable, best-in-class HR systems that align with global standards and evolving business needs.
As a key member of the global HR technology function, the analyst ensures seamless integration, reliability, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP ERP modules, applying deep business process knowledge and system expertise to drive operational excellence and enhanced employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • SAP HCM Solution Design & Delivery
    Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP HR and SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with end-to-end HR processes and business requirements.
  • Functional Expertise & Advisory
    Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing expert-level guidance on SAP HCM modules, SuccessFactors, and integrated cloud solutions, including best practices and process optimization.
  • System Support & Continuous Improvement
    Deliver advanced application support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive ongoing enhancements and maintenance for SAP ECC HCM and SaaS platforms such as SuccessFactors.

  • Global Collaboration & Governance
