Project Manager/Power Platform Support Lead (ID: 1111711)

Yakshna Solutions (YSI) is a CMMI Level 3 assessed, ISO 9001, 20000:1, 27001 certified, woman-owned small business headquartered in Herndon, Virginia. YSI provides professional IT solutions and services to business corporations and government organizations.

YSI is seeking a Project Manager/Power Platform Support Lead to serve as the contractor's lead responsible for overall performance of the CWIFP PowerApps application and PowerPages support effort and day-to-day contract execution. This individual will be the primary point of contact for coordination with the COR and Government Program Manager and will oversee execution of all contract tasks, including operations and maintenance, troubleshooting, updates and modifications, knowledge transfer, reporting and project management activities. The role involves performance management, customer communication, work prioritization, issue escalation, and continuity of support during normal business operations.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; or additional related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the past 10 years in project management, task leadership, or application support management for enterprise IT systems. Experience managing application operations and maintenance, customer-directed enhancements, technical documentation, and recurring status reporting is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft PowerApps and PowerPages; experience in Azure Government or other regulated cloud environments; experience coordinating technical solution responses, schedules, and deliverables for government-requested changes; experience leading weekly status meetings and preparing monthly status reports.
  • Relevant project or platform certifications preferred, such as PMP, Scrum Master, Microsoft Power Platform certifications, or similar credentials.
