They act as the central support hub, interfacing with trade desks, development teams, project teams, BAs, and business stakeholders to manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, support batch processing, and maintain critical trading and collateral management applications

Reason the role is open?: The team is onboarding support responsibilities for a loan financing/collateral management application What project will this contractor be working on. The contractor will support the onboarding and operational support of a proprietary Loan Financing Provisioning (LFP) application used within the collateral management space. Initially, they will work alongside senior team members to learn the various applications/platform and participate on the regular application support rotations.

The successful candidate will support critical collateral management and derivatives applications while partnering closely with traders, technology teams, project stakeholders, and business users. Responsibilities include incident investigation, application troubleshooting, monitoring batch processes, root cause analysis, issue escalation, log analysis, weekend deployment support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a newly onboarded Loan Financing Provisioning application while contributing across the broader application portfolio.

This position offers exposure to Capital Markets, cloud technologies, enterprise application support, collateral management, and derivatives trading environments.
