What is the Opportunity?ย 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Cloud Support, the Cloud Support Analyst II/IIl will collaborate with end users and business stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data issues. The Cloud Support Analyst will also be tasked with identifying and/or implementing improvements to our financial systems in order to streamline business processes. They will be responsible for working closely with our vendor partners on implementations and enhancements, or when troubleshooting issues.ย

What do you need to succeed?ย 

  • 1-3 years of experience in a cloud application/production support role; preferably in the banking sector.
  • Computer/IT background demonstrated through academic projects, relevant coursework, or certifications
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of PostgreSQL/databases
  • Basic Linux knowledge/commands
  • Techno-functional mindsetย - ability to understand both technical and business/functional requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
