Job Description Job Title: IT - Data Analyst - Intermediate Request ID: 104688-1 Duration: 6 months Start/End Dates: 7/27/2026 - 1/26/2027 Work Location: 81 Bay 32nd Floor - Hybrid: 1 day and week every 4th Friday Rate: $70.00 PH plus HST Position Title: Intermediate Data Analyst Line of Business: HR Technology Team What does the LOB do: The HR Technology Team supports HR operations by delivering and maintaining enterprise-scale HR technology solutions. The team focuses on data integrations, ETL processing, SaaS application integrations, and ongoing modernization of HR data platforms (including migrations to Azure Databricks) to enhance HR business processes and user experience. Reason the role is open: Backfill Potential for this contract to be extended or converted to FTE

Extension: Possible Conversion: Possible Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 9-5/ 37.5 hours Potential for OT. No Interview Process: 2 interviews HM will be available to interview July 8th Selling points of the positions: - Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale HR data platforms - Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and modern ETL pipelines - Exposure to HR SaaS systems and large-scale integrations - Strong possibility of extension or full-time conversion - Hybrid work model with limited onsite requirements - Stable environment with ongoing modernization initiatives Job Description: The Intermediate Data Analyst will support the HR Technology Team by designing, developing, and maintaining Azure Databricks-based ETL solutions. The role involves supporting complex HR technology projects, integrating data across multiple back-end systems and SaaS platforms, and contributing to the modernization of existing data workflows

The contractor will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient HR data solutions. Must Have Requirement: - 3-5 Years Data Analytics / Developer - 3 years Azure Data Bricks - Experience working with Azure-based data platforms Nice to Have: - Experience with ServiceNow/ Jira - Informatica (Not deciding factor) - AutoSys - Feedhub integration Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear communication and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders Adaptability in a fast-paced, enterprise environment Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving HR technology platforms
