Who we are looking for
We are modernizing a mission-critical custody and securities processing platform supporting high-volume post-trade operations. The platform processes large-scale financial transactions with stringent requirements for availability, resiliency, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across both legacy and modern technology environments.
We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager with strong technical leadership experience to lead engineering teams responsible for advancing our high-throughput custody platform.
This role is ideal for someone who:
  • Leads high-performing teams delivering mission-critical mainframe and hybrid solutions
  • Solves complex challenges across high-volume, mainframe-centric environments
  • Influences technology direction across mainframe modernization and platform architecture
  • Leads design for mainframe and hybrid architectures, driving system and integration patterns

What you will be responsible for
Engineering Leadership and Delivery
  • Leads design for mainframe and hybrid architectures, driving system and integration patterns
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, driving strong engineering standards, quality, and operational excellence
  • Own end-to-end delivery for critical platform capabilities across design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Drive ongoing platform modernization through workflow optimization, enhanced system integration, automation, and technology lifecycle improvements
  • Partner with product and operations teams to manage delivery across complex, interconnected business processes
  • Provide technical leadership across platform architecture, data platforms, application integration, performance, resiliency, and production stability

Work Requirement
  • Onsite 4 days a week in office and one day remote
  • Standard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs(8am to 5pm)

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $217,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
