  This position is onsite at 63 State St in Newburyport, MA 


River Run is a shared services organization that supports banking affiliates, Newburyport Bank, Pentucket Bank and Rollstone Bank & Trust.   


This role provides administrative support to the Administration Department executive leadership in the areas of Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Risk, Compliance, and Legal. 


  • Coordinate Board Committee meetings, materials, and governance-related activities. 
  • Support Board policy reviews, committee evaluations, Director onboarding, and governance documentation. 
  • Maintain Board systems, records, member information, and related reporting processes. 
  • Assist with strategic planning coordination, meeting scheduling, and presentation preparation. 
  • Provide administrative support for HR, Learning & Development, and executive leadership initiatives. 
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain documents, order supplies, and support departmental operations. 
  • Assist with regulatory exam preparation, compliance documentation, and incident response activities. 
  • Provide additional administrative support to senior leadership and legal counsel as needed. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or Legal Studies
  • 5+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience managing board or executive meeting materials
  • Attention to detail
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Professional communication with senior leadership and board members
