Job description

As a global leader in consulting, engineering, and commissioning services, we specialize in highly technical smart and mission-critical buildings that include sustainably designed high performance mechanical and electrical systems. We are currently seeking a performance-driven, highly motivated Platform & Integration Analyst for our New York, NY office.

The ideal candidate will have the cross-functional role responsible for analysis, configuration, integration, and continuous optimization of the firm's core business platforms. This position will blend platform ownership, system analysis, business process enablement and integration support.

Job Responsibilities:

As the platform & integration analyst, you should be able to understand how enterprise systems connect and how data flows between applications and diagnose root causes in workflows, integrations, and data issues. You will work cross functionally and communicate clearly with all stakeholder groups in the firm and adapt to new tools, features and integration patterns and provide a firmwide vision for enterprise systems and guide the organization toward a modern, scalable, data-driven platform.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a platform analyst/product owner for one or more enterprise systems.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze current-state vs. future-state processes, and recommend system/process improvement.
  • Configure and maintain platform features including workflows, automation, validation rules, data models, permissions, and system defaults.
  • Maintain platform documentation including process flows, integration diagrams, data mappings, and operational runbooks.
  • Ensure platform remains stable, well-configured, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Support or build integrations using Mulesoft, including System, Process, and Experience APIs.
  • Implement and maintain low-to medium- complexity flows, basic DataWeave transformations, and error handling/logging patterns.
  • Develop or refine API specifications (RAML/OAS) and contribute to API-led connectivity design.
  • Act as a technical liaison between platform owners, business users, and integration developers and consultants.
  • Assist with integration troubleshooting, performance monitoring, environment management, and deployment coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and streamline end-to-end business processes.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives, including workflow automation, orchestration, and early intelligent automation efforts.
  • Support enhancements across cross-platform processes and help design solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Partner with application vendors, implementation partners, internal developers, and system administrators.
  • Translate business requests into clear technical requirements, integration plans, and configuration blueprints.
  • Assist with platform upgrades, feature releases, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Help coordinate release cycles, sandbox refreshes, and change-control processes.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a platform & integration analyst who can assist in translating business needs into technical solutions and structured documentation. To succeed in this role, your technical expertise must be complemented by self-motivation, relationship building skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS platform (Salesforce or similar), understanding of API concepts and the ability to configure platform components including workflows, automation, validations, and permission structures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a Salesforce environment as a technical resource (Admin, Developer, QA, DevOps, etc.)
  • Experience with Certinia at the Admin level or above is desirable
  • Mulesoft development experience or exposure
  • Salesforce, Mulesoft, and/or Certinia certifications are a big plus
  • Exposure or experience to programming languages such as JavaScript, LWCs (Salesforce), Java, Apex, Python, etc.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD concepts and tools
  • A strong curiosity and affinity for learning AI tools and concepts

Additional requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-8 years' experience working in Information Systems
  • Familiarity with RPA, workflow automation, ETL, or iPaaS tools is beneficial.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and structured documentation
  • Comfortable analyzing data quality issues, process gaps, and integration breakpoints.
  • Ability to read, understand, and create system diagrams, process flows, integration specs, and data mappings.
  • Strong communication skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

The salary range listed below is for this particular job posting. Actual pay range for candidates will be commensurate with candidate's experience, skillsets and competencies and may differ based on the cost of labor in their particular location.
