Position Purpose

The Systems Integration Analyst II supports organizational efficiency and system reliability by maintaining application integrations, automating business processes, and ensuring data moves securely and effectively across the technology ecosystem. This role serves as a key technical resource responsible for application support, vendor coordination, system connectivity, and lightweight development efforts that improve operational effectiveness and user experience. The position works closely with Information Technology, business units, and third-party vendors to support application stability, integration performance, and ongoing technology enhancements. Through technical expertise, collaboration, and problem-solving, this role helps ensure technology platforms operate reliably and work together seamlessly to support organizational goals.________________________________________

What You'll Do

Application Support & System Reliability

  •  Serve as a primary resource for application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  •  Coordinate with vendors to investigate, resolve, and prevent application-related issues
  •  Monitor system performance, alerts, logs, and operational health indicators
  •  Support application upgrades, patches, enhancements, and release testing activities
  •  Assist with validation and user acceptance testing of system changes and updates
  •  Identify opportunities to improve system stability, usability, and operational efficiency through configuration and automation improvements________________________________________

Systems Integration & Connectivity

  •  Support system integrations through APIs, file transfers, vendor-managed interfaces, and data exchange processes
  •  Maintain reliable connectivity between applications, vendors, and business systems
  •  Troubleshoot integration failures, data flow interruptions, and interface-related issues
  •  Document integration workflows, system dependencies, and interface requirements
  •  Assist with implementation and maintenance of integration solutions that support operational needs

Development & Automation Support

  •  Develop and maintain lightweight applications, automation solutions, widgets, and scripts that support business operations

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Experience

3-5+ years of experience in application support, systems integration, automation, development support, or related Information Technology roles required. 

Experience supporting vendor-hosted applications, SaaS platforms, or financial services environments preferred.

  •  Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities with a focus on application support and issue resolution
  •  Strong understanding of systems integration concepts including APIs, file transfers, and data exchange processes
  •  Experience working with vendor-hosted applications and third-party technology platforms
  •  Experience with scripting, automation, and lightweight development solutions
  •  Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and file-based integrations
  •  Understanding of software development principles and maintainable coding practices
