As an Application Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team's efforts to drive Automation and Control growth. This position is specifically tailored for emerging professionals who are eager to learn and contribute to cutting-edge technology solutions. You will receive hands-on training from our experienced application engineers, gaining valuable insights into automation solutions, energy audits, kitting and assembly, on-site engineering services and much more. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Location: South Carolina

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Industrial end user accounts, systems integrators, panel builders and OEM customers
  • Keeping up with new product development and relaying the information to the customer
  • Help the Account Manager develop new customer relationships
  • Automation and Control growth including PLCs, drives, sensor, HMIs etc
  • Keeping up with required vendor training including certification level courses
  • Conduct customer training on automation & control products
  • Attend training as required by Capital Electric
  • Other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Experience with PLCs, Drives, Sensor setups, etc. is preferred.
  • Customer service background is a plus
