Job Summary:
Responsible for the design, development, implementation, configuration, and configuration of ServiceNow applications and platform features. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure the ServiceNow applications and platform meet the organization's needs.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Experience with ServiceNow Glide API, REST API, and SOAP API integrations. Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management) suites. Hands-on experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management, and Security Incident Response. Experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management. Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development. Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.
TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS (or similar frameworks), HTML, CSS, and other web technologies relevant to ServiceNow development. Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow. Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks. Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
