Overview

CTG is seeking to fill an Technical Project Manager – Application Delivery (ADM) position for our premier client.

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 10 months

A Project Manager (ADM) is responsible for leading cross functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the Maintenance and Support of applications. They are accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations. The Project Manager manages project plans, budgets, schedules and staffing requirements including the company, client employees and 3rd-party vendors to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution. They must possess experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish an effective communication plan, deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes

Required skills:

  • Experience in managing work streams to ensure all quality gates and rick factors are met.
  • Must be an independent problem solver that can make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills
  • Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on deliverables
  • Influencing others who are not in your reporting chain
  • Must be a quick learner, able to come up to speed on any type of technical project and credibly lead the release
  • Ability to view a set of projects holistically to identify impending areas of conflict or failure is a required skill

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55 to $61 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
