Preferred experience with PeopleSoft HR and healthcare systems is highly valued.

As an ERP Application Analyst I, supports the optimization of enterprise systems by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and business users.

Assists in the design, configuration, and testing of ERP solutions to ensure system functionality, reliability, and alignment with business needs. Provides end-user training and support, monitors system performance, and helps maintain accurate documentation of processes and system changes.

Serves as a key liaison between business and IT teams, contributing to improved workflows, operational efficiency, and successful system adoption.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience supporting ERP system implementation and maintenance
  • Basic understanding of business process analysis and ERP system configuration
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to support system testing and provide end-user training
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms and system performance monitoring

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications preferred

Preferred experience with PeopleSoft applications, including system configuration, support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
