Enterprise Application Administrator

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an Enterprise Application Administrator to join our IT Enterprise Applications team at JBS USA. This is a salaried position based onsite at the Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in information technology and practical experience supporting enterprise cloud and collaboration systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of core enterprise applications, including upgrades, quota and space management, backup and recovery, reporting, and migrations. This includes helping administer and support:
    • Azure Entra ID
    • Azure and AWS
    • SSL certificate management, website hosting, and website security
    • Snowflake
    • Email gateway and antispam tools
    • Microsoft SharePoint Online
    • Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid)
    • Office 365, including Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 apps
    • Power Platform (PowerApps and Power Automate)
    • Microsoft Copilot and Claude administration and security
    • Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM)
  • Work collaboratively with IT and business customers to provide administrative support and guidance
  • Communicate in a polite, confident, professional, and easy-to-understand manner with customers and stakeholders
  • Partner with vendors for external support when needed
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to help support the plant operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience required
  • Required: hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts. This experience must be clearly reflected on the candidate’s resume
  • Required understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals, with working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Required understanding of data security principles, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts and best practices for protecting sensitive data
  • Required working knowledge of Exchange Administration, Azure Entra ID, SharePoint Administration, and Power Platform (PowerApps and Power Automate)
  • Exposure to Exchange Online, Azure Entra ID, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Snowflake, Azure, and Office 365 Security and Compliance is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft technology stacks such as Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Microsoft Defender
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification is a plus, or a willingness to obtain one
  • Good problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn new technologies
  • Strong team player with a collaborative, positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $70,000-$80,000;
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
