We are seeking to hire a motivated Recruiter to join our team and help source and fill open positions within the company. This role focuses on recruiting for hourly and commission-based roles, ensuring we attract qualified candidates who align with our company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and commission-based positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
