Job Summary:
The Appliance Installer will professionally install custom and built-in appliances for customers; will move parts, goods, and other merchandise from one location to another. Loads, unloads, and delivers supplies and materials to customers in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transports, sorts, and stocks materials. Installs top appliance brands from GE Monogram, Cafe, Electrolux, LG, Frigidaire, Whirlpool, Bosch, and more.
The Delivery Driver is responsible for setting up the simple appliances for customers; will move parts, goods, and other merchandise from one location to another. Loads, unloads, and delivers supplies and materials to customers in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transports, sorts, and stocks materials. Delivers appliance brands from GE, Cafe, Electrolux, LG, Frigidaire, Whirlpool, Bosch, and more.
Qualified Appliance Installers can earn between $175 - $300 per day. No CDL Required

Qualified Delivery Drivers can earn between $144 - $188 per day. No CDL Required

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Appliance Installer - Responsible for installing dishwashers, wine coolers, OTR microwaves, wall ovens, cooktops, built-in appliances, etc. in an efficient and effective manner while displaying courteous and polite demeanor to the customers.
  • Delivery Driver - Responsible for setting up refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ranges, etc. in an efficient and effective manner while displaying courteous and polite demeanor to the customers.
  • Interacts expertly and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers - you take care of a vast array of customers.
  • Observes and tests operation of appliances and makes initial installation adjustments accordingly.
  • Levels appliance, adjust doors, and connect water lines to water pipes, using plumbing and other hand tools.
  • Ensures the installed appliances are damage free, accurately installed according to manufacturer's specifications, and are fully functioning.
  • Attends company paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up to date on all product changes.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Preferred 2+ years built-in appliance installation or delivery experience.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, commitment to excellence and high standards on the job.
  • Must have strong customer service skills to interact with customers when making deliveries.
Essential/Physical Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various types of weather.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and sit regularly, in addition to being able to utilize hand dexterity, climb, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, and crawl regularly as the job requires.
  • Must be able to work under extreme weather conditions (heat and cold) frequently based on what is expected to complete the job.
  • Must be able to hear, see, communicate, and utilize the necessary equipment required to complete the job in a timely manner.
