Job description

Spotts Appliance is a well-established, locally owned appliance retailer known for quality products, expert service, and a strong reputation throughout the community. We are looking for a dependable and mechanically skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team and help maintain the high level of service our customers expect.

As a Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair major home appliances in customers’ homes while providing a professional and positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, working independently, and taking pride in fixing things the right way.

Responsibilities include:
• Diagnosing and repairing major household appliances
• Performing in-home service calls professionally and efficiently
• Communicating clearly with customers about repairs and solutions
• Ordering parts and completing service documentation
• Maintaining company tools and service vehicle

What we’re looking for:
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes
• Professional attitude when working in customers’ homes
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical service is preferred, but motivated individuals with strong mechanical ability may be considered.
