Job description

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Appliance Installer to join our installation crew. This role involves local delivery and installation of large home appliances while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class E Driver's license and a mechanical aptitude to assist with basic repairs. There is an opportunity for advancement to a technician for those who demonstrate strong technical skills and dedication.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver large home appliances safely to customer locations using a box truck.
  • Install and assemble appliances at customer sites with attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and build positive relationships.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
  • Inspect equipment to confirm it is in proper working condition before deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the installation crew and field service team to resolve any issues.
  • Assist with basic appliance repairs and troubleshooting during installation.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Class E Driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in appliance installation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
