Role: MAC Administrator (with JAMF Experience)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (100% Onsite)
Long Term Contract – W2 & C2C
 

Must have skills: MAC Administration, JAMF Pro administration, Application packaging, MAC-OS and IOS administration

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Mac Administrator to join our team onsite in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JAMF Pro administration, macOS and iOS device management, and application packaging. This role will be responsible for managing Apple devices across the enterprise, ensuring secure, efficient, and consistent operations across all macOS and iOS environments.

Required Skills &Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
  • Overall experience: Must be of 5+ Years
  • Strong hands-on experience with JAMF Pro administration.
  • Proficient in application packaging and deployment for macOS.
  • In-depth knowledge of macOS and iOS administration, including configuration, patching, and security.
  • Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, or AppleScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and device enrollment programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • JAMF Certification (e.g., JAMF 200, 300, or 400) is a plus.
  • Experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain JAMF Pro for macOS and iOS device management.
  • Package, deploy, and troubleshoot applications and updates on Apple devices.
  • Provide advanced support for macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware issues.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, configuration profiles, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between macOS systems and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Maintain inventory and asset management for Apple devices.
  • Document processes, configurations, and technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated user issues in a timely manner.
