As a part of the broader Apple TV Marketing organization, our social team's purpose is to build
big word of mouth, conversation, fandoms, and love for our brand, titles, sports, and talent.
This role leads the Brand Social pod, the team responsible for the Apple TV owned social
presence across platforms, Sports social strategy, and social creative ideation across our brand, multi-title, sports, and awards social initiatives. As the senior leader of this team, you set the vision, build the culture, and drive the strategy that makes Apple TV one of the most talked-
about brands online. You are championing and creating the conditions for great work to develop consistently and at scale across a high-performing team and demanding creative agency partnerships.

You are an exceptional leader and operator who thrives in complexity. You lead, building trust
and alignment across a highly-matrixed organization while holding a clear, informed point of
view on what excellence is. You cut through ambiguity with confidence, make smart decisions
quickly, and bring your team and cross-functional partners along with clarity and conviction.
You are the person the team looks to for direction, the person XF teams trust as a strategic
partner, and the person senior leadership turns to for a grounded, authoritative perspective on
brand social.
As a senior member of the Apple TV Social Marketing team, you sit at the intersection of
strategy, people leadership, and creative accountability, responsible for the owned brand social
channels and the team that brings them to life.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in social media marketing, with significant time spent leading and developing high-performing teams within entertainment, sport,, or highly consumer-centric brands
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of individual contributors and managers. You set a high bar, develop talent intentionally, and build a culture where people do their best work
Deep understanding of social media marketing and the broader entertainment marketing landscape, with the functional expertise to evaluate strategy, creative, and execution with a sharp, informed eye
Proven experience managing agency relationships at a senior level, holding partners to a high standard of ambition, innovation, and accountability• Skilled communicator and presenter. You influence senior leaders, negotiate critical matters, and bring stakeholders along while strengthening the relationship and the work
Command of social analytics and the ability to connect social strategy and output to business goals, framing performance in terms that resonate with senior leadership
