Job description

Server Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to members and guests
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality presentation
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
  • Set up and break down dining areas for service and special events
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate transactions
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to exceed guest expectations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Server Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year serving experience in a restaurant, country club, resort, banquet facility, or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Must be dependable and punctual

Bartender Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
