Apple Home Care LLC is a growing Pennsylvania-based home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and individuals receive compassionate, personalized care in the comfort of their own homes. Since 2018, we have proudly served communities across Pennsylvania by providing dependable non-medical home care services focused on dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.
As we continue expanding throughout Upper Darby and surrounding Pennsylvania communities, we are seeking a confident, energetic, and people-oriented Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen local partnerships, increase community awareness, and support company growth.
This position focuses on professional community outreach, relationship-building, local networking, and healthcare partnership development — not door-to-door residential sales.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being active in the community, building genuine relationships, representing the company professionally, and helping grow awareness of Apple Home Care through outreach and marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain professional relationships with:
Hospitals and healthcare providers
Rehab centers and physicians’ offices
Senior centers and community organizations
Social workers, discharge planners, and referral partners
Represent Apple Home Care at:
Community events
Health fairs
Networking events
Outreach campaigns
Other Responsibilities
Help develop local referral and partnership opportunities throughout Delaware County and surrounding areas
Support community marketing initiatives to help increase brand awareness and visibility
Coordinate outreach materials, marketing efforts, and community engagement activities
Collaborate with our digital marketing team and assist with local campaign coordination and social media direction
Track outreach activities, partnerships, referrals, and follow-ups through organized weekly reporting
Work closely with leadership on growth initiatives and community engagement strategies
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with professionals, community members, and local organizations
Professional, confident, and relationship-oriented
Organized, self-motivated, and proactive
Ability to represent the company positively in community and professional settings
Experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, business development, sales, or community engagement preferred
Familiarity with the Pennsylvania healthcare or home care industry is a plus
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
