Location: Apple Valley, CA 92307
Pay: $17.50-$19.00/hour (DOE & certifications)
Status: Full-Time (AM & PM shifts available)

The Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP I & II), you will support adults with developmental disabilities in an Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH). You'll assist with daily living activities, encourage independence, and promote positive behaviors through meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily routines based on Individual Program Plans
  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meals
  • Encourage positive behaviors through activities (walking, reading, games, learning projects)
  • Provide transportation using company vehicles when needed
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Required: CPR/First Aid, CPI, DSP I & II
  • RBT certification required within 6 months (training and fast-track support provided)
  • 1+ year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs preferred
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
