Enterprise Systems is part of IS&T and owns the technology behind Apple's SAP environment and its modernization through the SAP Landscape Modernization (SLM) initiative. The team manages the continuous operation, maintenance, and evolution of the world's largest single-instance SAP deployment - a platform that sustains Apple's global supply chain and the integrity of its core financial systems.

We work with numerous Application development teams as well as production support teams operating on on-premise and cloud technologies like AWS and GCP. As an SRE/DevOps engineer, you will partner closely with multiple cross functional teams for deployment of various solutions and supporting them.

Assist with documentation updates and operational process improvements.
Participate in production support coordination activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications
2 years of experience in production support, operations engineering, workload automation, or enterprise platform support.

2 years of experience of working knowledge in Linux/Unix environments.
2 years of experience with Python scripting and REST APIs.
Understanding of vulnerability remediation and operational support processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
