Description
Apple's Finance Development Program (FDP) is a 12-18 month rotational program providing entry-level talent with an opportunity to gain breadth through typically four to six diverse experiences in Apple Finance. FDPs are trained by Apple Finance employees throughout the organization.
FDPs have the opportunity to support a specific area of Apple's business, such as:
AppleCare, Financial Services, Internet Software & Services, Marketing, Operations, R&D, Retail, Sales, Worldwide Financial Planning & Analysis, and more.
As an FDP, you will learn, grow, and contribute to Apple's business while working on exciting projects alongside top finance professionals. During the program, you could:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis by leveraging AI-powered tools, advanced Excel functions, and data programming languages
• Develop and optimize data-driven reporting by designing and building robust data models and automated solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and present data-backed insights on critical business scenarios
• Drive operational improvements by leveraging technical platforms to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation
Upon completion of the program, FDPs move into non-rotating Financial Analyst roles within Apple.
Minimum Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance, Data Science, Math, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field with an expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
Previous Apple FDP or ADSP internship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high proficiency in Excel. Experience with data programming languages and building or utilizing AI agents is a strong plus.
Curious and self-starter; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and efficiently manages multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex findings clearly and concisely
